Bang Wei Chew

Bang Wei Chew has a strong background in aviation and technical support. They currently work at AerCap as a Technical Support Manager, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore as a Manager in Continuing Airworthiness from July 2021 to May 2022. Between 2016 and 2021, they worked at Boeing Asia Pacific Aviation Services Pte Ltd as a System Engineer, where they gained experience troubleshooting complex aircraft systems and implementing preventive maintenance solutions. Before that, they worked at ST Engineering as a Senior Engineer in System Design, where they led the modification of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on the Airbus 330 Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) conversion program.

Bang Wei Chew attended Victoria Junior College from 2003 to 2004. After completing their studies at Victoria Junior College, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, specializing in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from 2007 to 2011.
