Chun Siang Lim

Chun Siang Lim has over 12 years of work experience, starting in 2010 at ST Engineering. At ST Engineering, they held multiple roles including Reliability Engineer, Senior Technical Services Engineer, MBH Program Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Assistant Vice President. In these roles, they gained extensive experience in technical services, sales, marketing, and program management.

In 2022, Chun Siang Lim joined AerCap as Vice President Powerplant. In this role, they provide active support to deal teams in engine leasing, negotiates and executes engine lease transactions, and manages relationships with airlines, manufacturers, and maintenance facilities.

Chun Siang Lim completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, attending from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Chun Siang Lim pursued Aeronautical Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic from 2002 to 2005.
