Ken Delaney

Ken Delaney began their work experience in 1990 as a Licenced Aircraft Engineer at Team Aer Lingus, where they worked until 1999. Ken then joined FLS Aerospace as a Maintenance Check Scheduler, responsible for identifying maintenance check requirements and preparing progress reports. In 1999, they moved to SR Technics Group as a Technical Support Engineer, providing Airbus A330 Technical Services Support to various airlines. Ken later became a Project Manager at SR Technics Group before transitioning to Aer Lingus in 2008. At Aer Lingus, Ken held the role of Maintenance Programmes Engineer & ETOPS Specialist, responsible for managing and developing the Aircraft Maintenance Programme and ETOPS Manual. In 2016, Ken joined AerCap as a Technical Support Manager, and later became a Senior Technical Support Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Technical Support at AerCap.

Ken Delaney's education history is as follows:

From 1996 to 1997, Ken obtained EASA Part 66 Licences in Airframe & Engine from Technological University Dublin.

In 2002, Ken attended SR Technics Training School and completed the Airbus A330 Airframe / Engine Type Course.

In 2009, Ken received a Certificate in Ageing Airplane Safety Rule Course from Airbus Training School - Toulouse. Ken also attained a Certificate in Airbus A350XWB PPH and MSG-3 Training from the same school.

In the same year, Ken pursued a Higher Diploma in Aviation Management Studies – IAA/DIT from Technological University Dublin.

In 2013, Ken pursued a Professional Development Programme Course from Pilkington Leadership - UK.

From 2013 to 2014, Ken earned a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering Technology in Aviation Technology from Technological University Dublin.

Ken's education continued in 2014 as they pursued a Diploma in Aviation, Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland until 2015.
