Kisha Settle

Kisha Settle has experience in human resources, having worked at three different companies. Kisha started their career at The Gersh Agency in 2003 and worked there until 2008. Kisha then moved on to Tiny Town in 2009, where they continued their work in human resources until 2011. Kisha then joined AerCap (formerly ILFC) in 2011, where their role in human resources is ongoing.

Kisha Settle completed their education at Southern New Hampshire University. Kisha obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Leadership in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Kisha also holds various certifications. Kisha obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University in August 2017. Kisha also completed certifications in New Manager Foundations, Leading Yourself, and Working with Difficult People from LinkedIn in 2019. Furthermore, Kisha obtained certifications in Essentials of HR Management and HR Generalist from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), although specific dates for these certifications were not provided.
