Leandro Cabral has a wide range of experience in the aviation industry, spanning over several companies and roles. Leandro began their career in 1997 at Transbrasil Linhas Aereas, where they started as a Maintenance Technician and eventually took on responsibilities in hydraulics, pneumatics, and flight controls. Leandro also worked on developing maintenance programs for Boeing aircraft. In 2000, Leandro joined GOL, a start-up airline, where they played a crucial role in various aspects of the company's operations, including engineering, airplane inspection, purchasing, and fleet incorporation. Leandro represented the company in interactions with lessors and aircraft manufacturers. Leandro also contributed to the development of new processes within the company. In 2003, they joined Parc Aviation as a Tech Consultant on behalf of GECAS. During this time, they worked on aircraft transitions between operators worldwide, focusing on the technical side of the operations and contract deals. In 2014, Leandro joined GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) as the VP of Technical Operations, a role they held until 2021. Finally, in 2021, they joined AerCap as a Technical Manager. Throughout their career, Leandro has demonstrated a strong dedication to the satisfaction of all involved in the aviation process.
Leandro Cabral completed a Graduação degree in Gestão Financeira from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, between 1993 and 2000, they attended Escola de Engenharia Mauá to study Mechanical Engineering, but did not complete the degree.
