Ricardo Real

Ricardo Real is currently working as the Vice President of Engine Management at AerCap since July 2019. Prior to this role, Ricardo worked as a Senior Powerplant Consultant at Willis Asset Management Ltd. from October 2017 to June 2019 and as a Powerplant & Landing Gear Systems Coordinator at HI FLY from January 2008 to October 2017. Ricardo's main responsibilities include engine and APU shop visit workscope definition, engine health monitoring, evaluation of airworthiness directives, and service bulletins, among other technical duties. Ricardo holds a Specialization Degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Instituto Superior Técnico and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa.
