Vilma O'Malley

Vilma O'Malley is a Senior Manager and Corporate Secretary at AerCap, with extensive experience in managing board meeting processes, maintaining statutory registers, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. Since August 2008, Vilma has held various roles at AerCap, including managing internal transaction workflows and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
