Larnie Roberts

Larnie Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career at Chandler Macleod as a Branch Leader/Consultant. From there, they moved to BHP where they held various positions including HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Principal Human Resources Business Partner, and Principal Human Resources Business Partner. At BHP, Larnie was involved in projects related to employee engagement, training, culture, and leadership development. They then joined Woolworths Group as a People Advisor, focusing on employee relations and performance. Larnie later joined New Hope Group, where they held the positions of Senior HR Advisor - Projects and HR Manager - Services and Projects, leading a team in recruitment, payroll, and remuneration, and contributing to growth and development projects. Most recently, Larnie joined Aeris Resources Limited as the General Manager - HR.

Larnie Roberts completed a Master of Human Resource Management degree at RMIT University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Larnie also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from RMIT University, which was completed from 2018 to 2019.
