Jose Ramon Sainz de Aja Ramos

Jose Ramon Sainz de Aja Ramos is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in research and technology project leadership at Aernnova Aerospace since January 2009. In this role, Jose serves as the Technical Focal Point for various national and international research initiatives within the Research and Technology Department. Prior to this position, Jose held managerial roles at General de Ingeniería INHISET from July 2002 to January 2009, overseeing the Engineering Department across multiple facilities and managing human resources, training, quality policies, and project budgets. Jose also served as the Head of the Stress Department, conducting strength substantiation and structures sizing for AIRBUS aircraft. Earlier experience includes project engineering at INSIA, focusing on biomechanics and vehicle impact modeling. Educational credentials include a PhD in Vehicle Engineering and Transports and a Master's in Automotive Engineering, both from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
