Byron Bailes (MBA)

Byron Bailes (MBA) has over 24 years of experience in information technology and business analysis. Byron currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at AeroControlex, where they oversee all aspects of IT, ensures alignment with business strategies, and manages staff and service providers. Prior to this, Byron worked at Kichler Lighting as a Senior IT Manager and IT Project Manager, where they led cross-functional teams, managed IT projects, conducted cost/benefit analysis, and collaborated with other IT managers. Byron also worked as a Business Analyst III and Business Analyst at Kichler Lighting, leading teams and facilitating meetings to improve business processes. Earlier in their career, Byron worked as a Business Analyst at Barnes Distribution and as a Supervisor of Logistics Services at OfficeMax.

Byron Bailes (MBA) received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Thiel College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Byron later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Executive Management from IWU National & Global and completed their studies from 2013 to 2015.
