Eugenio Raigosa has an extensive background in executive compensation and HR systems. Eugenio currently holds the position of Vice President, Executive Compensation and HR Systems at Aeromexico, where they are responsible for designing and administering executive compensation programs and leading the implementation of Oracle HCM. Eugenio Raigosa earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008. In 2007, they studied Economics at the University of Melbourne. Eugenio also briefly studied Architecture and Italian at Lorenzo di Medici in 2003. Later, in 2015, Raigosa obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
