Eugenio Raigosa

Eugenio Raigosa has an extensive background in executive compensation and HR systems. Eugenio currently holds the position of Vice President, Executive Compensation and HR Systems at Aeromexico, where they are responsible for designing and administering executive compensation programs and leading the implementation of Oracle HCM. Prior to this role, they worked at Safelite AutoGlass as the VP Total Rewards and HRIS (Workday), where they developed and executed compensation, benefits, shared services, and HRIS strategies. Eugenio also led the implementation of Workday and enhanced benefit programs for the company. Before Safelite AutoGlass, Raigosa held various roles at Owens Corning, including Director of Global Compensation and Leader of Executive Compensation and HR M&A. Eugenio led the global compensation strategy for manufacturing facilities, R&D centers, and corporate offices and functions. Eugenio also played a key role in executive compensation discussions and led HR due diligence for acquisitions. Raigosa started their career at Mercer, where they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant and Compensation and Benefits Analyst, leading various compensation projects for multinational companies.

Eugenio Raigosa earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008. In 2007, they studied Economics at the University of Melbourne. Eugenio also briefly studied Architecture and Italian at Lorenzo di Medici in 2003. Later, in 2015, Raigosa obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
