Nauris Kusins

Nauris Kusins has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nauris started their career at TTS (Transportation Technology Systems) in 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer and later took on the roles of Mechanical Design Engineer and Chief Executive Officer at Daugavpils shot factory (DSR) in 2016. In 2017, they joined Projektēšanas aģentūra as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Vladcom, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Nauris Kusins is employed at Aerones as a Mechanical Engineer, assuming the role of Team Lead since April 2021.

Nauris Kusins possesses a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician, which they obtained from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their master's degree, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from the same institution, spanning from 2011 to 2014. Nauris completed their high school education at Daudavpils valsts ģimnāzija from 2008 to 2011, with a focus on Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Nauris holds various certifications. These include Project Management from PM Academy.lv, obtained in June 2023, and multiple SolidWorks certifications, such as CSWPA-WD, CSWA-AM, CSWP, and CSWPA-SM, which they received in April and May 2023. Nauris also obtained a CSWA certification from Dassault Systèmes in March 2014. Moreover, Nauris has undergone training in Blade Repair and possesses other specialized certifications such as OPITO E-BOSIET with HUET and CA-EBS Digital Delivery-OPITO CODE 572, Boat Landing/Travel Safely by Boat, and GWO Basic Safety Training Working at Heights.
