Robert Ruscher

Robert Ruscher serves as the Senior Director of Construction and Facilities at SPARC Group LLC since April 2021 and has held the position of Director of Construction and Facilities at Aeropostale since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing a team for new store openings and renovations across the United States and Canada, as well as overseeing international store openings with licensee partners.
