Alli Bloj is an experienced sales enablement leader with a diverse background in enhancing organizational performance across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at Aerospike since October 2024, Alli previously held the position of Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement at BioRender, contributing to the communication of science through innovative graphic solutions. Prior roles include Global Sr. Sales Enablement Manager at PagerDuty, where Alli developed programs to boost sales effectiveness, and Director of Sales Enablement at Curvature. Alli's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Robert Half, where achievements in the Accountemps division included serving as Vice President and Assistant Vice President, as well as a focus on professional development in the HRMA of Greater St. Louis as VP of Membership.
