Carolina Gullion

Carolina Gullion is an experienced professional in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Senior Account Recruiting Manager and Practice Lead at Aerotek since June 2014. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch from July 2010 to June 2011 and held various positions at the University of Puget Sound, including Resident Community Coordinator and International Students Coordinator Assistant from August 2008 to May 2010. Carolina's early career includes internships in sales and marketing at Rede Bahia, alongside owning a franchise for the Sports Nutrition Center from January 2003 to December 2005. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Puget Sound, completed in 2010, and previously studied at Universidade Salvador from 2006 to 2008.
