Jonathan Burton

Jonathan Burton is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in various roles at AeroVironment since January 2016, including Senior Manager of Program Management, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Product Engineer. Prior to this, Jonathan served as a Mechanical Engineer at Aerovironment Inc from June 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included the complete design of flight surfaces and components for air vehicles, utilizing diverse manufacturing methods. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Shop Supervisor for a manufacturing team in Simi Valley, CA, collaborating with notable clients such as Raytheon and Hughes Research Lab. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 2003 and 2008.
