Sheng Lun Chang is currently a User Experience Researcher and Platform User Engagement Analyst at AERQ, focusing on conducting user research and engaging with stakeholders to enhance product development. Previous experience includes roles as a Global Customer Experience Intern at Delivery Hero, where research spanned UX and consumer habits in the APAC region, and as a Working Student at SGS, focusing on market research and customer service. Earlier, involvement in interdisciplinary projects at both Technical University of Munich and Prior1 GmbH emphasized design thinking and communication strategies.
