Erika Lima

Erika Lima's work experience spans various roles and companies. Erika started their career as a Customer Development Executive at Reuters Serviços Econômicos Ltda in 2002 and later joined Thomson Reuters as a Customer Relationship Manager. Erika then worked as a Sales Assistant at LHS Américas Sistema de Comunicação LTDA before moving to Grupo Ultra as an Investor Relations Analyst. Lima continued their career at CETIP as a Senior Investor Relations Analyst and then joined Paranapanema S.A. as an IR Specialist. Erika also worked at CPFL Renováveis as part of their Investor Relations team. In 2016, Lima started working at AES Brasil as an Investor Relations Specialist and later moved on to roles such as Treasury and Investor Relations Coordinator. Their most recent position at AES Brasil is Strategic Planning, ESG, and Communication Director, which they have held since 2022.

Erika Lima holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FECAP - Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Erika later pursued a Postgraduation in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from FIA - Fundação Insituto de Administração, from 2010 to 2011. Erika then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa between 2019 and 2021. In addition, they briefly attended LSC - Language Studies Canada in 2006 to study English.
