Juan Chen

Juan Chen is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in both structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineering Specialist at AESA since November 2022, Juan also operates as an Independent Civil & Structural Engineer at KPro Engineering. Prior roles include Senior Civil Structural Engineer at Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación for the RER System in Buenos Aires from May 2017 to January 2022, and Structural Engineer at AESA - YPF GROUP between March 2015 and April 2017.
