Dr. Michael Wilson

Dr. Michael Wilson is an experienced executive coach and consultant at Aesara Partners since February 2022, specializing in strategy and purpose development for executives and teams. Prior to this role, Dr. Wilson served as Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales EMEA at JP Morgan from July 2010 to September 2019, overseeing equity and derivatives for EMEA clients. Dr. Wilson also held the position of Managing Director in Institutional Client Sales for UK & Ireland at Societe Generale from June 2005 to July 2010, delivering tailored solutions for various investment needs. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director at Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort, focusing on institutional and retail client strategies. Dr. Wilson holds a PhD in Engineering from Cranfield University and a BEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, along with professional coaching certification from Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
