Mary-Jo Hill is the founder of Yakbit, a pre-seed, women-led startup that focuses on improving engagement and inclusion in the workplace. Mary-Jo is also the founder of Coach for School Improvement, providing leadership coaching for educational staff. As an Associate at Aesara Partners, Mary-Jo helps individuals and teams reach their full potential. Additionally, Mary-Jo serves as an Associate at Viscount Nelson Education Network CIC and Norfolk Better to Best. As a Trustee at FARA Charity, Mary-Jo supports vulnerable children in Romania. With a strong educational background including an MBA from the University of East Anglia and extensive experience in coaching and education, Mary-Jo is dedicated to making a positive impact in the workplace and beyond.
