Heather Giannini Bender

Heather Giannini Bender has a strong background in human resources, with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles. Heather currently serves as the Corporate Vice President of Global Human Resources at AESC, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Global Human Resources Director for Fuel Tank and Delivery Systems at TI Automotive from February 2015 to March 2022. From September 2010 to February 2015, Bender held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hella. Additionally, they served as President of Detroit SHRM from October 2012 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, Bender gained experience at Gestamp North America, Lear Corporation, and General Motors, where they held various human resources and labor relations roles.

Heather Giannini Bender obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Oakland University in the years 1990-1994. Heather later pursued a Masters Degree in MLRHR at Michigan State University between the years 1996 and 1998.
