Tayler Ulmer

Tayler Ulmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard University. The following year, they interned at The World Bank Inspection Panel. In 2016, they took on the role of Operations Intern at the Royal African Society and also became the Manager of External Affairs + Special Projects at More Than Me, a public-school network in Liberia. In 2019, Tayler joined ReD Associates as a Consultant and later became a Schwarzman Scholar at Schwarzman Scholars. In 2020, they became a Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates before transitioning to the role of Senior Consultant at ReD Associates in 2021. In 2022, Tayler worked as an Insights Manager at Pollen, leading a team and developing insights for marketing and content strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Researcher at Aescape.

Tayler Ulmer completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Social Anthropology of Development from SOAS University of London, where they were awarded the Master's Thesis Distinction. Tayler'seducation journey began at Spelman College, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology, with a focus on International Studies, from 2011 to 2015.
