Olga Polishchuk has over five years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. Olga began their career in 2014 as an IT Recruiter and Team Leader at HuntMЕ. In 2016, they joined Paymentwall, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and sourcing qualified, talented, and high potential candidates. In 2017, they moved on to CodeImpact B.V. as an HR Manager, designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, developing a recruiting pipeline, sourcing and attracting candidates, and conducting interviews. Olga is currently employed as a Human Resources Manager at æLabs since 2019.

Olga Polishchuk obtained their Master's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Uzhhorod National University in 2012. In 2021, they obtained a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn.
