Ronald Valente

Ronald Valente is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Specialty Polyols at Aether Industries Limited since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ronald held several senior positions at Aramco Performance Materials, including Managing Director from December 2019 to April 2023 and Director of Manufacturing & Process Development from October 2016 to December 2019. Ronald's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. VP of Manufacturing at Novomer, Inc. from February 2014 to October 2016, and Vice President of R&D from February 2009 to February 2014. Ronald began a distinguished career at Eastman Kodak, where roles included Director of Rochester Film Base Manufacturing and Director of the Chemicals Development Division from April 2000 to January 2009.
