Daniel Wojno

Daniel Wojno has a diverse work history spanning from 2006 to 2018. Daniel began their career as an Engineering Co-op at Strattec Security Corporation, where they gained valuable experience. Later, they worked as a Business Development professional at Orbital Research Inc., where they developed commercialization and transition plans for SBIR grants. Daniel then joined Healthcare Innovative Solutions as a Healthcare Systems Consultant, assisting in the implementation and customization of electronic medical record systems.

In 2011, Daniel joined David Yurman as a Product Engineer, managing the product lifecycle and playing a crucial role in the successful launch of the Labyrinth collection. Daniel was promoted to Senior Product Development Engineer, where they collaborated closely with the design team and proposed new components and manufacturing techniques. Ultimately, Daniel became the Director of Operations for David Yurman's Asian headquarters, responsible for product development, production tracking, and quality control.

In 2016, Daniel joined PANDORA as the Director of Advance Quality, overseeing product quality from concept to mass production. Daniel successfully restructured the product quality division, improving quality while reducing time to market. Following this role, Daniel became the Head of Group Quality Assurance at PANDORA, establishing strong relationships across various functions and facilitating significant quality improvements.

Most recently, in 2018, Daniel co-founded Aether and served as the Co-founder and COO, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Throughout their career, Daniel Wojno has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Daniel Wojno has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. Daniel has also pursued a Masters degree in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University.
