Ryan Shearman

Ryan Shearman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ryan co-founded Aether in 2018 and served as the Chief Alchemist. In 2022, they became a Board Member at Maison Luxe New York. In 2020, they worked as a Delegate at NEXUS Global. From 2013 to 2018, Ryan was the Founder and CEO of FUSAR, a company that developed advanced safety technologies for the powersports industry and was later acquired. Ryan also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors during this time. Prior to that, they worked at David Yurman as Mens Product Development from 2011 to 2013. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles at The Nanz Company, where they established a metal casting operation and served as the Head of Metal Casting, and also worked as a Research & Development Engineer.

Ryan Shearman attended Bergen Catholic High School, where they completed their secondary education in 2005. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Fairfield University. In 2010, they successfully completed their undergraduate studies at Fairfield University.
