Alix Oliver

Alix Oliver is an accomplished professional in people operations and organizational psychology, currently serving as Head of People and Head of People Operations at Aetion since June 2021. In addition to this role, Alix is a Board Member for The HOPE Program since April 2022. Previous experience includes positions such as Head of People at BLADE Urban Air Mobility, Inc. and roles as Human Capital Consultant at Empactful Capital LLC and People Operations consultant at Kindbody. Alix has also contributed to organizations including Formativ Health, Bright Health, and Oxeon Partners in various leadership capacities. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Art History from Williams College, Alix brings a strong educational foundation to the field.
