Odion Ughele has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Odion started their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at GO Transit Toronto, where they provided second-level customer service and resolved complex customer queries and complaints. In 2017, they worked as a Lead Sales/Customer Service Representative at Tommy Hilfiger, where they delivered excellent service, maintained store cleanliness, and assisted customers with their needs. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of a Telesales Representative at S&P Data, where they liaised with customers, recommended solutions, and resolved billing issues.
