Todd Booth

Todd Booth is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in executive leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at AEVEX Aerospace since September 2025. Previously, Todd held senior positions at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, including Senior Vice President and CFO for Teledyne FLIR, as well as COO of Aerospace and Defense Electronics. Todd's expertise encompasses strategic financial management and operational efficiency, demonstrated through significant achievements at 3D Systems Corporation and Vallourec, among others. A foundational career included positions at Vasco Data Security, Rockwell Automation, Delphi, Ernst & Young, and KPMG, where Todd developed comprehensive financial strategies and enhanced compliance frameworks. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
