Jessica McGregor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Customer Experience at AF - Group since April 2019, Jessica leads the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise programs, including major implementations such as a Digital Customer Portal and omni-channel strategies.
