Kriss Barronton

Kriss Barronton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and automotive sectors. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at AF - Group since May 2024, Kriss previously held the position of Vice President - Product Line Leader for Auto & International Portfolios at USAA, where management of a $16B Auto insurance portfolio and oversight of international operations took place. Prior roles include Vice President - Automotive and Insurance Product Leader at Equifax, where strategic development of product lines was a focus, and Vice President of Product Management at Travelers, responsible for a $1B property and auto portfolio. Kriss's career began at Nationwide Insurance as a Senior Claims Representative, and additional roles include Reinsurance Analyst at E.W. Blanch and AVP, Senior Product Manager at Infinity Insurance Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Risk Management from Georgia State University and a BA from Florida Atlantic University, along with ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School.
