Alastair Harris

Alastair Harris possesses extensive experience in performance and sports science, currently serving as the Head of Performance & Medicine at AFC Bournemouth since July 2021. Previously, Alastair held multiple roles at Fulham Football Club from July 2010 to June 2021, including Head of Performance, Head Of Sports Science, and First Team Fitness Coach. Responsibilities involved the design and delivery of strength and conditioning programs, GPS monitoring for player performance, and the management of physical conditioning for academy players. Alastair's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Southern Queensland, focusing on load monitoring in professional football, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Sports Science & Business Studies from Brunel University of London.
