Ajay S. is an experienced quality engineer currently employed at AFC Furniture Solutions since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing quality inspections of various raw materials, conducting power coating inspections, managing ISO documentation, analyzing customer complaints, preparing monthly reports, implementing 5S and 7QC tools, and performing ISO 9001 (2015) audits. Prior to this, Ajay worked as a mechanical engineer at Light Space Furniture Pvt Ltd from August 2018 to October 2020, focusing on quality inspections, documentation, and non-destructive testing operations. Ajay began the professional journey at Anjani Technoplast Ltd. as a Graduate Engineer Trainee from May 2017 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Architecture, UPTU, Lucknow, completed in 2017.
