Lu Yu has extensive experience in clinical development and leadership roles. They currently hold the position of VP, Head of Clinical Development at Axter奥斯胜康. Prior to this, they held the same position at AffaMed Therapeutics. Lu Yu also spent a significant portion of their career at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they served as Director, NS/CVM/PAH TA Lead and Clinical Development, Janssen China R&D. During their time at Janssen, Lu Yu held various strategic and compound team leader roles, focusing on diseases such as NS/CVM, retina disease, and PAH.
Lu Yu attended the Health Science Center of Peking University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine. They then pursued further education at the Neuroscience Research Center of Peking University from 2002 to 2007, obtaining a Ph.D in Neuroscience with a focus on Pain.
