Nour Abul Azm has had a diverse work experience, beginning with a Trainee role at The Material Testing Lab at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University in 2007. In 2008, they became a Trainee at The Egyptian Company for Petroleum Service, where they helped the maintenance team in organizing routine servicing schedules, checked and calibrated instruments to make sure they were accurate, and fixed faults or arranged for replacements to be installed. In 2013, they became a Sales Representative at HeartCare Medical, where they maintained a good relationship with the current customers/doctors and made sure that all their needs were fulfilled upon request and participated in the bidding sessions. In 2014, they became a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Save the Children International, and also a Production Line Engineer at Gorica Egypt Group for Industry S.A.E. In 2016, they joined Affectiva as an Application Engineer, Data Annotation Team Supervisor, and Facial Expressions Analyst.

Nour Abul Azm received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University between 2004 and 2012.
