Kate Quinlan is a seasoned mortgage underwriter with over 15 years of experience in various underwriting roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Susser Bank since September 2023, Quinlan previously held the position of Vice President of Underwriting at Cardinal Financial, LP from May 2013 to June 2023. Additional experience includes roles at RoundPoint Financial Group, Indecomm Mortgage Dynamics, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Genworth Mortgage Insurance, and Castle Point Mortgage, where Quinlan developed a robust foundation in underwriting management and processes. A graduate of Florida State University, Quinlan possesses a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry.
