Simon Osborne

Simon Osborne has a strong background in legal and compliance, with experience spanning multiple companies in the financial industry. Simon most recently worked at Affiliated Managers Group as the Vice President of Global Compliance. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Compliance at the same company. Before joining AMG, Simon was the Head of Compliance at Woodford Investment Management, where they oversaw the corporate compliance program and acted as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Simon also held positions at Nuveen Investments and Pacific Investment Management Company, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance. At PIMCO Europe Ltd, Simon started their career as an Analyst in the Legal & Compliance department. Throughout their career, Simon has handled various compliance responsibilities, including testing compliance programs, acting as a compliance liaison, and managing compliance teams. Simon has also developed and enhanced compliance testing programs and implemented new compliance software.

Simon Osborne has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French (with Mathematics) from the University of London, obtained from 1996 to 2000. Simon also holds two Masters degrees in Business Administration, one from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and another from Columbia Business School, both obtained from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they have an Investment Management Certificate, obtained in 2004, although the institution is not specified.
