Tracy Soehle

Tracy (Morse) Soehle has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Tracy began their career as a Sales Associate at Weathervane in 1983 and later worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Homeowners Federal Savings and Loan. Tracy then joined State Street Bank as a Fund Accountant before becoming a Senior Compliance Analyst at Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Tracy later worked at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLPBos as an Associate, and subsequently at Dechert LLP in the same role. Tracy then joined Wellington Management as a Vice President, Regulatory Compliance Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing and internally promoting the firm's compliance program, developing firm-wide policies and procedures, and providing counsel on regulatory issues. Tracy later joined State Street Global Advisors as a Vice President, Compliance Manager, Alternative Investment Strategies, where they provided regulatory support and counsel, established and implemented a regulatory compliance program, and assisted with the registration of investment advisers with the SEC. Currently, Tracy is working at Affiliated Managers Group as a Managing Director and Senior Counsel, where they hold various roles and responsibilities.

Tracy (Morse) Soehle received their Juris Doctor (JD) from Tulane University Law School between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Boston College from 1984 to 1988, where they focused on Finance and Marketing. Their education began at Bangor High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1980 to 1984.
