Rabiatul Adawiyah

Rabiatul Adawiyah has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Rabiatul recently joined Affin Bank Group as the Head of Employee Experience & Strategic Transformation in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Affin Bank Berhad as a Relationship Manager from 2017 until March 2021. Before joining Affin Bank Berhad, they were an HR Business Partner at AmBank Group from 2015 to 2017. Rabiatul also served as an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Management at RHBInvest from 2013 to 2015, and as an HR Analyst at Maybank from 2010 to 2013.

Rabiatul Adawiyah obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the period of 2006 to 2009. Rabiatul later pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Islamic Banking & Finance at the International Islamic University Malaysia from 2009 to 2011.
