Rozalila Binti Abdul Rahman

YBhg. Dato’ Rozalila Binti Abdul Rahman, a Malaysian female aged 58 was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Affin Bank Berhad with effect from 4 February 2019.

YBhg. Dato’ Rozalila is currently a Director of MISC Berhad and several private limited companies namely Awake Asia Distribution Sdn Bhd, Lestari Prestasi Sdn Bhd and Agensi Pekerjaan Nova Excel Sdn Bhd.

She has over 28 years of working experience at renowned Multi National Companies of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and reputable Malaysian GLC/public listed companies in the area of business and strategic marketing, consumer lifestyle and brand management, product lifecycle management and technical expertise.

YBhg. Dato' Rozalila was the Chief Executive Officer of Astro GS Shop Sdn Bhd, Chief Marketing Officer of TM Berhad and General Manager of Maxis Berhad. Dato' Rozalila had previously assumed numerous managerial positions at Bank Simpanan Nasional, Reckitt Benckiser, Malaysia & Singapore, Kellogs Asia Inc. South East Asia, Unilever (M) Holdings Sdn Bhd, Malaysia & Singapore and Perwira Niaga Malaysia, PERNAMA.

YBhg. Dato’ Rozalila graduated with a Bachelor of Food Science & Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia and holds a Certificate of Merit (JAL Summer Scholarship Programme) from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan. She also holds a Diploma in Science with Education from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
