Tong Wye Kitt

Tong Wye Kitt is the Head of Bancassurance Sales at Affin Bank Berhad since April 2020. Before this role, Tong worked as a Bancassurance Channel Manager at RHB Bank from November 2016 to April 2020 and as a Regional Head at AIA from January 2016 to October 2016. Tong has experience in leading teams of insurance specialists, meeting revenue targets, and developing talent. Prior to these roles, Tong worked as a Bancassurance Development Manager at Gibraltar BSN, an Account Manager at AIG Travel, and a Sales Executive at ING Insurance Berhad. Tong holds a degree in Marketing & International Trade from Sunway University College.
