Conor Cafferty

Conor Cafferty has had a diverse range of work experience in the finance and accounting field. Conor is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Affinaquest, a PE-backed SaaS company that specializes in serving higher education, college athletics, and nonprofit organizations. In this role, Conor leads the Finance, Accounting, and Operations departments and focuses on empowering organizations to enhance revenue and fundraising through data-driven strategies.

Before joining Affinaquest, Conor held various positions at Nexus, an AP Automation and Payments Platform in the real estate industry. Conor started as the Sr. Director of Finance and later became the Vice President of Finance and ultimately Vice President of Finance & Payments. Conor played a key role in helping Nexus achieve a successful exit to Bottomline/Thoma Bravo in September 2022.

In addition to their roles at Affinaquest and Nexus, Conor also briefly served as the President and Owner of Cafftec, LLC in 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at CAVU Advisors (formerly WSL Consulting) in 2016 and as a Finance Manager at Federated Wireless from 2015 to 2016.

Conor's early career included positions at Aveshka, Inc, where they served as a Finance Manager and Controller from 2014 to 2015, and as a Financial Analyst and Contracts Administrator from 2012 to 2014.
