Natalie Ingle

Natalie Ingle serves as the Executive Director of Operations and Director of Special Projects at Affinity Health Group since November 2022. Previously, Natalie owned a small business at Salt Mercantile from February 2022 to August 2024. Experience includes roles as Practice Administrator and Director of Operations at The Women's Clinic of Monroe from February 2018 to February 2022, and as Assistant Vice President of Business Development & Implementation, IT Implementation Manager, and Senior Implementation Coordinator at Specialty Management Services of Ouachita from May 2010 to February 2018. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe, awarded in 2010, and completed the Leadership Ouachita program in 2014.
