Roshan Lenora has a wealth of experience working in the technology sector. Starting in 2005, Roshan worked as a System Engineer for IFS. From there, Roshan went on to work as a Senior Software Engineer for Montefiore Information Technology in 2011. In 2012, Roshan joined Marshfield Clinic Health System as a Senior Software Developer, where they planned, designed, and implemented enterprise service bus architecture using the Microsoft Biztalk platform.
Roshan then moved on to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where they held the role of Senior Software Developer from 2013 to 2015. During this time, Roshan implemented and maintained software development best practices and collaborated with project managers and department managers to set and adjust project milestones. From 2016 to 2018, Roshan was promoted to Supervisor, leading the creation of web and mobile user interfaces for eSales and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms.
In 2018, Roshan joined Security Health Plan as an Applications Development Manager, responsible for establishing a long-term delivery strategy and managing key executive relationships. From 2018 to 2022, Roshan worked at Blue Cross NC as a Manager of IT Solution Delivery, where they overhauled ineffective systems and processes and delivered Pega BPM solutions.
Currently, Roshan is the Director of Software Engineering at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. In this role, Roshan directs a cross-functional team of engineering and development leaders and provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for complex projects.
Roshan Lenora earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2001 and 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Bridgeport.
