Lila K Campos

Lila K Campos is an experienced retention manager at Affinity Health Plan since November 2011, where responsibilities include delegating work duties, planning schedules, approving time records, developing and training staff, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating on business plans. Previously, Lila served as a retention health insurance representative, applying health care regulations and managing customer service inquiries. Prior to this, Lila worked as a bilingual math teacher at Brentwood School District, creating and teaching engaging lesson plans for middle and high school students. Lila holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's University, an extension certification in Bilingual and Multilingual Education from St. John's University, a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Math Education from New York University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mathematics from Suffolk County Community College.
