Andrew Beland

Andrew Beland is the current Director of Operations at Affinity Trust. Andrew has previous experience as the Head of Corporate Business at Alternative Futures Group, Performance & Governance Manager at Viridian Housing, Divisional Business Manager at Southwark Council, Community Safety Analyst at London Borough of Lambeth, and Criminal Intelligence Analyst at Avon & Somerset constabulary. Andrew started their working career as a swimming teacher and lifeguard at Yate leisure centre.

Andrew Beland has a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Management from the University of Derby. Andrew also has a Bsc (Hons) in Sociology & Criminal Justice from the University of Plymouth. Additionally, they have A Levels in Law, Economics, and Sociology from Filton College in Bristol.

They are on a team with Simon Hubble - Finance Director, Nicola Brittle - Director of Development, and Donna Leedham - Director of Operations and Quality. Andrew Beland reports to Leo Sowerby, Chief Executive.
