Throughout their career, they have successfully launched and managed teams, implemented processes and frameworks, and developed scalable sales processes. Tara is known for their innovative and sophisticated expertise in bringing new solutions to ambiguous situations. Additionally, Tara has a strong focus on employee engagement and retention, as well as technical applications, system optimization, and reporting.

Tara Follmuth has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in International Business and Spanish from Buena Vista University. Tara also holds a high school diploma from Plainview High School.
