Erin Rogers

Erin Rogers, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Affinius Capital, where Erin supports the talent acquisition lifecycle across various departments and locations, both domestically and internationally. With extensive experience in human resources, Erin previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at USAA Real Estate, emphasizing efficient recruitment processes and talent identification while managing visa procedures. Earlier experience includes positions at Southwest Research Institute, where Erin developed skills in candidate sourcing and recruitment, and at USAA, focusing on entry-level position screening.
