Suzanne Martinez

Suzanne Martinez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Global Investors Group at Affinius Capital since July 2023, Suzanne previously held the position of Director of Investor Relations at AEW from September 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, Suzanne was a Senior Managing Director in the Client Capital Group at LaSalle Investment Management from July 2014 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Suzanne contributed to Avison Young as Principal of US Capital Markets from January 2011 to July 2014, and Suzanne directed investment sales at Jones Lang LaSalle in the Corporate Capital Markets Group from 1997 to January 2011. Suzanne holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
